We are really pleased to be able to welcome Vivienne Sheldon to the clinic. Viv has a wealth of experience, with more than 20 years working in private physiotherapy. She holds a Masters in Health Practice specializing in Acupuncture, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy. Along with working at Active+ Albany, she also works for New Zealand Football as the National Physiotherapy Co-ordinator, and runs an Orthopaedic Paediatric clinic.
We would like to welcome Kath Pryce-Jones to the Albany clinic. Kath has a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and is continuing her studies to gain her Masters in Physiotherapy. As well as her musculoskeletal interests, Kath has a special interest in women's health and pelvic dysfunction.
Nick Reay has joined as at the Albany clinic. Nick has a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from AUT. Nick has published international research in the area of physical rehabilitation for Osteoarthritis, and is currently studying towards a Post Graduate Certificate in Acupuncture at AUT. Nicks special interest areas are exercise-based rehabilitation, neuromuscular rehabilitation, sports injuries, and helping patients achieve their goals.
