Quick and simple breakfast cookies! I used 3 medium sized bananas (mashed), a small handful of chocolate chips, 1.5 cups of oats, and 1 scoop of my Herbalife cookies and cream powder. Pre-heat oven @ 350 and back for 16min. I like my cookies a bit harder, so next time I will probably keep them in the oven for 20min and I'll be experimenting with other Herbalife flavors in the future :) Can you say pumpkin spice oatmeal cookie??? I can!!!!
