Native plants I like

Chalk Horse Landscape design
My own Xanthorrhoea minor and its first flower. Growing these from seed is a thankless job as it normally takes 8 to 10 years before you see anything like this. I didn't grow this but I think its one 3-4 years old.

Eucalyptus caesia. Silver princess. I have found this tree so hard to photograph. This is the best I have so far. A great home garden gum as it doesn't get very tall and its weeping habit create loads of interest. The large red or pink flowers are brilliant as are the remaining gum nuts. There are the odd white flowering ones that show up every now and then but I'm yet to see one for sale.

Epacris impressa. How pretty is this? These flowers grow amongst the thin pointy leafs attached directly to an upright stem. Flowing in winter to spring. Very frost hardy and drought tolerant.
