Add our Gingerbread Christmas Tree Sandwiches to your cookie-baking tradition. They’re fun to make and even more fun to serve up at your Christmas parties this season. Use a cookie cutter to shape your dough, then bake until crisp. Let your cookies cool, then scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream on the undersides. Top with another cookie and use a spatula to cut off excess ice cream. Store in the freezer until you’re ready to serve. Shop for everything you need at your Publix.
