IMHO, one of the most profound and brilliant poems by the great David Whyte.

First introduced to this poem of Rumi by David Whyte and then Susan Scott who, inspired by David's presentation to Vistage (then TEC) in 1999 went on to write her book: Fierce Conversation.  All have inspired me in my work.
