We aren't ashamed to admit that we love food! It doesn't have to be sweet to get us salivating. So many recipes...so little time!
Shown here as a salad, but I make it hot by very lightly sauteing the Zucchini Ribbons in a little olive oil, add a dash of seasoning like Italian herbs and garlic, add spinach just to wilt if you would like a little more nutrition :), add sun dried tomatoes, and some parmesan cheese.
