30-Minute Mongolian Beef

Mongolian Beef (PF Chang's copycat recipe) by justataste: Thin slices of flank steak, minced fresh garlic and ginger, dark brown sugar and soy sauce. Toss it all together and 30 minutes later you’ll be chowing down. -I LOVE PF CHANG's!

Balsamic Vinegar and Whiskey Steak Marinade...Fill a shot glass with 1 part Balsamic, 1 part Whiskey. Rub steaks w/salt and pepper, marinate for 1 hour. THAT'S IT!

Broccoli Chees Bites - brocolli, eggs, cheese and breadcrumbs. Mix and make patties. Bake at for 25 min. Turn after 15 mins.

Shown here as a salad, but I make it hot by very lightly sauteing the Zucchini Ribbons in a little olive oil, add a dash of seasoning like Italian herbs and garlic,  add spinach just to wilt if you would like a little more nutrition :), add sun dried tomatoes, and some parmesan cheese.
