For all my Friends who have one and don't know what to do with it. I just bought mine at a church auction for five bucks and for about its been a clothes catcher in my bedroom. But guess what that's not what its for apparently .
Abs Lounger: Sit and lean back 45 degrees, using arms for support, elbows bent, fingers forward, knees drawn to chest, feet off ground (as shown). Lean back as far as you can while extending legs straight out. Return to knees-in position and repeat. Do 12 reps.
