Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pancakes Ingredients 2 cups of Aunt Jemima Pancake mix 1 cup of water 4 oz of cream cheese 1 cup of pumpkin

Aunt Jemima Pancake Muffins "Hannah Style": 1) Preheat over to 350 2) Make the batter as usual makes about 16 muffins; instructions are on box 3) Lightly coat the muffin tin with vegetable  oil spry or other nonstick pan 4) Pour batter into muffin tin and if you want them to be even better add things such as blueberries or chocolate chips 5) Cook them for 15 minutes and cool for a little bit 6) Eat them up before they are all gone!

Mix all, scoop into liners, sprinkle with sprinkles {or even coarse sugar} and bake in a 350 degree oven for 7 minutes.   I'm going to glaze mine with the glaze from the Pintrest recipe for Glazed Donut Cupcakes {and freeze} but you could top with whipped cream and more sprinkles. Enjoy!
