Express with the intention to relieve...not stoke.  I propose some people who have worked most for peace and resolution have also been the angriest in some way.  It doesn't have to lead to destruction.   It doesn't have to be denied.   Art - Words  - Inspiration - Counseling - Anger - Solution

Explain your anger, don’t express it, and you will immediately open the door to solutions instead of arguments.
