Buxus sempervirens: A dense, evergreen shrub that can grow to 6 metres plus but most commonly seen in gardens up to 2 metres and trimmed to topiary shapes or as a low hedge.  It is grown for its small, tight, glossy foliage and bushy habit making excellent edging, hedging or for featured topiary.  Very popular and extremely easy to grow and maintain they will adapt to most conditions wether sunny or shady, wet or dry.
