Each child has one rubber bracelet. They place the bracelet in the center they want to go to. In addition, these can also be used to assign students centers. For example, if a student gets a yellow bracelet, they know to go to the math center.

I like this poster for center choice. The students put a clothespin with their name on it on one of the dots, when all of the dots for a center are full they need to make another choice. Saves space and is neat and tidy, Love it!

Free Choice Centers: Great idea to put dot stickers next to center choice (shows how many students can go to that center). Students place their clothespin on a dot. If all the dots are taken, they must choose a new center.
