I think you could copy Fountas & Pinnell workboard icons and mount to construction paper.This doesn't take up as much room as a pocket chart! A center organizer that ISNT a pocket chart! I absolutely love this!

Efficient way to post Centers for my students. Each row is for a different group with an envelope for the assigned center. The sticks have my student's names on them, which makes for quick and easy movement.
CENTERS: "Must-Do/Can-Do" center approach. 12 literacy centers, but only 6 centers are in a rotation at a given time. Students sit at tables in classroom, center rotation is by tables. Students go to one center per day.
