Cornflake Crusted I cut the chicken breasts into strips so it was more fun for them to eat. And since I didn't have poultry seasoning, I used Season All instead and it was great! I also mixed the seasoning in with the Cornflake and butter crust mixture.
flaky ranch chicken-this was pretty good. I used more cornflakes than needed and found the ranch flavor to be a little on the mild side. Next time I'll cut back a little on the cornflakes, closer to the recipe and try again by loretta
Our all-time favorite side dish - Cheesy Potato Casserole aka Funeral Potatoes. Ingredients include frozen hash browns, cheese, corn flakes, cream of chicken soup, & butter! Could also use cream of potato.
