The original source of this workout, also known as "Deck of Cards," is unknown, but the oldest mention we found by a CrossFit affiliate was from November 27, 2008 by CrossFit Portland (Portland, OR) - who said they actually borrowed the workout from CrossFit South West (East Bunbury, AUS). Any 5 movements may be used. Select 5 movements that correspond to each of the 4 suits (Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts, Spades) plus Jokers in a standard 52-card deck of playing cards.
I absolutely love the barbell design of this crossfit car magnet. It seems like such an excellent way to promote your interests or business wherever you go. I'd assume that it wouldn't damage your car like a sticker would either.
Spend the majority of your workout focusing on the rest of your body, and dedicate no more than 10 percent of your time on abs work (b/c abdominal exercises are the “finishing moves” to sculpt the abs once you’ve removed excess fat via diet and exercise).
