Braised Pork Spare Ribs by hubby! Adapted recipe from Gary Mehigan's Masterclass! Ribs were braised for 1.5hrs and would take it to 2hrs next time to achieve the fell-off-the-bone perfection! Also, suggest to sieve through the sauce chopped ingredients and charred bits to achieve the smooth sauce results. Overall it is still a killer rib dish!
