Yes, the hummus looks green! I use a basil, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice infusion. Also try lime juice, cumin and basil. Regardless of the type of hummus, I serve mine with FLX Gewurztraminer, and home made pita chips!

Classic Green Monster Shake uses 1 cup almond milk, 1 ripe banana peeled + frozen, 2 handfuls organic spinach, 1 T ground flax, 1 T peanut butter, 1-3 ice cubes and protein powder   Directions: Starting with 1 cup of milk, then add flax and nut butter. Next, add in the spinach followed by the banana on top. Blend until smooth. Add in your ice cubes and blend some more. Serves 1- about 2 cups.
