This recipe has been passed down in my Hungarian family for generations and perfected. I now use boneless chicken despite bone-in being the tradition. I think it makes it a little more friendly without losing any taste.
This is my Grandmothers version of Hungarian Chicken Paprikash. If there is food served in Heaven, I am sure this is on the menu! My Grandmother was the best cook ever. She would have this hardy dish ready and we could hardly wait! Now I serve it
Chicken Paprika - Hungarian Chicken Paprikash ~ Morry loved it kids ate it but didn't love it. Try smaller chicken bites and even more bell pepper next time. Used regular paprika, try sweeter Hungarian next time.
