Didn't make this but I usually do some ground beef/taco seasoning or cumin, onion, and a can of tomatoes with green chile or whatever else you have. Stuff pepper halves and bake for 20 mins or so at 375
Good base recipe to work off from, added half a can of beans too for bonus protein. Cumin = must have for this recipe to be put together. the amount of beef ratio to peppers though, had a lot leftover and am making tacos.
