This chart is what I use each year to track students reading progress throughout the year.  It includes Rigby and Fountas & Pinnell levels.  I include this with student report cards each period.There are various charts for various grade levels.**NEWLY UPDATEDI just added some charts at the end to reflect the new Fountas and Pinnell suggested reading levels.
