Turkey-shrimp rotel! * 1 pound turkey sausage *1 pound shrimp *16 ounces velveeta (I used half a block of the queso blanco variety) * 1 can of Rotel Brown sausage, set aside. Peel, wash, and prepare shrimp. I simmered mine in butter, pepper, garlic, and pink Himalayan salt (to taste) for 6 minutes. Put sausage and rotel in your slow cooker or pot. Stir in velveeta cubes. When the velveeta has melted completely, stir in your shrimp. Yum!
