MADE IT! -----ARTISAN SOURDOUGH RYE- 400g water(1 3/4c)- 70g sourdough starter(1/3c)- 245g Rye Flour & 245g Bread Flour(1 3/4c)- 2 tbsp. molasses- 1 tbsp. Anise- 1 3/4 tsp. salt- Zest of 1 orange & I also added 1 tbsp. Instant Coffee.
