The scottish eat a lot of salmon to give them the omega 3 acids that they need, I would like to start eating a little bit of salmon to help give my body the omega 3 acids that it needs.  The smoking gives it more flavour which is common to do in Scotland so I would probably try to eat smoked salmon so the flavour isn't as bland.
