Semolina Cake (Griesmeelcake). 500g semolina, 4 eggs, 200g sugar, 250ml oil, 2 tsp baking powder, 1L vanilla custard. Beat eggs, sugar and oil in a bowl with a whisk. Add baking powder, custard and semolina and stir well. Pour the batter into the pan and place it in the middle of the oven. Bake at 175C for 1 hour or until golden brown.
