Kudriavy Volcano, Iturup Island, Kuril Islands, Sakhalin Oblast, Russian Federation - Tiny sharp metallic octahedral crystals of very rare cadmoindite on matrix from the type locality for the species. Only known from two localities. The acrylic bearer measures 1 cm. Analyzed by M. Murashko.
