INGREDIENTS . ➡️CHILLI: 1lb/500g Minced Beef 1x 14oz/400g Kidney Beans 1x 14oz/400g can of Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup/240ml Beef Stock 1 medium Red Pepper, finely diced 1 medium White Onion, finely diced 2 cloves of Garlic, finely diced 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 heaped tbsp Tomato Paste 1 tbsp EACH: Paprika, Cumin, Chilli Powder (hot or mild) 1/2 tsp EACH: Ground Coriander, Oregano, Sugar, Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

Chimichurri + Steak loaded fries 👌🏼 This one’s so simple but a killer meal. Recipe • Season a ribeye steak • Sear the ribeye over direct heat on both side for 3 mins each side, then move it indirect until it reaches 130F • Let it rest for 10 mins then slice in • Assemble with cooked fries, caramelizes onions, bite sized pieces of steak and smoked provolone cheese • Place in the oven or back on the grill at 350F for 5 mins • Top with fresh chimichurri and smash it!
