How's this for a seriously green post-work out breakfast!  Simply smash 1/4 of an  on vogels toast and blend together coconut milk (or your choice of milk), ice, banana, spinach, vanilla essence, mixed spice & peanut butter for the smoothie! The WORKOUT was a high intensity circuit: do 2 x rounds of the following exercises as fast as you can: 200m row, 40 squats, 30 sit-ups, 20 burpees, 10 pull-ups (on TRX), 400m sprint. Make sure you catch your breath between each round, it's a kille...
