My go-to is a superfood smoothie. Smoothies are fast, delicious, and an easy way to pack in a lot of nutrients your body craves. I make sure to always include: ⁠ ⁠ 1️⃣ Antioxidant-rich berries that are dark in color (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)⁠ 2️⃣ Nut milk with healthy fats (full-fat canned coconut milk is a great option)⁠ 3️⃣ 1 heaping scoop of Bone Broth Protein Vanilla or Chocolate. 4️⃣ Pumpkin pie spice blend or cinnamon.
MUD\WTR is a coffee alternative. It's a blend of cacao, chai, turmeric, chaga, reishi, lion's mane and cordyceps. Does it give you energy? Yep. But, with 1/7 the caffeine of coffee, you don't feel jittery and can actually sleep. It tastes like chai and cacao had a hippie child. Oh, and it's certified organic, gluten free, kosher, and Whole30 approved so it's something you can definitely build a healthy morning ritual around.
