1 ½ C Rye Flour 2 Tbs Sugar 2 t Salt 1 Tbs Yeast ½ C Warm Water 1 C Milk (rt) 2 Tbs Olive Oil 2 ½ CAll Purpose Flour Combine water, sugar & yeast & let sit until the yeast becomes frothy. In a med. bowl, whisk flours, seeds & salt. Mix all ingredients. Knead for 8-10 min. Cover and let rise in a warmth ~1 1/2hrs, until it has doubled. Punch down, and allow to rest for five min. Form into a loaf shape, cover & let rise for another hour until it has doubled in size again. 375 for 45 minutes Breads & Buns, Bread Substitute
