This is a knot that I use on some of my bone carvings. Its a nice tidy and strong way toattach a braided cord to almost any shape leaving a nice ridge of knots down the front. I have been asked a couple of times how its done, so here it is. First a recess is carved into the bone for the lashing to sit into.
