The Spencer Tiara Though this piece was once said to date from the 18th century, it actually seems to be a combination of pieces of varying ages and from different jewellers that has gone through several changes over time. The center element was a wedding gift from Lady Sarah Spencer to Cynthia, Viscountess Althorp (Diana’s grandmother), in 1919.
Diana had a premonition when asked about her father. She found herself saying " she felt her father was going to drop down in some way, if he dies, he will die immediately. Otherwise he will survive." The following day her Father (Johnny Spencer, Earl of Althorp) suffered a near-fable cerebral haemorrhage 1978
Diana Frances Spencer was born at 7:45 pm in the evening on July 1,1961 in the bow-fronted bedroom of Park House on the Queen's Sandringham Estate in Norfolk where her mother, Frances had been born before her. She was the third daughter for Johnnie Spencer, heir to the Spencer earldom - one of the most aristocratic families in England.
