Actress Susan Sullivan, best known for her roles in soap operas (Another World and Falcon Crest), was raised in Freeport and graduated from Freeport High School. She received a drama degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead. She currently stars in Castle as as Richard Castles mother, Martha Rodgers.
