Here's a workout routine for your glutes that you can quickly do at your home with a couple sets of dumbbells or one set of adjustable dumbbells. I do advise hitting the health club for some part of the year to raise heavy enough weights to challenge your glute muscles, however this is a strong workout plan for when life gets too hectic to make it to the gym.
