FREEBIE! I’ve found that the most effective way to keep things calm (yet still fun!) in my classroom is to constantly mix up my reward system! My expectations always stay the same, but how I reward positive behavior is constantly changing. In order to keep things fresh and fun, we started using this motivating Bravo Behavior Board I made up in our classroom.
Blank puzzle: I use a similar copy to have clients identify their coping skills. I talk to them about how treatment and coping skills combine to make a complete puzzle. it is not just doing one thing that is going to make a difference. This is a great activity to do as a group, esp for those that think "all they need is the right med." It highlights personal responsibility and overall good self-care.
