Freezable Breakfast Burritos. My mom used to make these for us all the time and I still make them today. A great grab and go breakfast. I use lean pork sausage, eggs (mostly whites if I'm feeling healthy), shredded cheese and chunky salsa. Assemble into burrito, wrap each one in saran wrap and then store in a freezer bag.
