Pace yourself, you don't have to do anything too strenuous for it to count towards fat loss. It doesn't matter what you do for activity but try and get your heart rate up to 75-80% of your max heart rate (220-age) and keep it there for an entire 30 minutes. This is the ideal pace to target fat burning. Anything more strenuous is better for cardio-vascular endurance or performance training.
Hey this is Ashley, just wanted to let you know that me and Jazmine recorded a whole series of exercises on YouTube that you can follow and do at home with limited or NO exercise equipment. These exercises were designed with every fitness level in mind and we demo different challenge levels for each movement in the video clips. Add structure to your training program
Here is how to structure a resistance training program: 1) Isolate and rotate muscle groups. 2) Know your skill level and adjust exercises appropriately 3) ALWAYS warm up! 4) Start with primary movements and end with accessory. 5) Pay attention to sets, reps, and time under tension.
