Ceramic Turkey and Hand-print Pinch Pot Lesson is a clay art lesson that is targeted to elementary (2nd-5th grade) and teaches both slab & pinch pot techniques. It is a fun & positive fall themed clay project that the children could use through the fall season.

It's not easy to find a project that lets even very young artists use yarn in a creative way. I tried this today in my art camp and they loved it!

I keep finding the cutest cardboard crafts for kids at this site called Krokotak.com. They seem to have a knack for collecting really original ideas, which is not easy these days.

masking tape was used for the fence....the rest is finger painting techniques. You can also get a special kind of tape at art supply stores that comes off paper really easy. So cute!
