Kyalami F1 GP 1977 ♦ Tom Pryce, at full speed in his Shadow DN8, catches a young safety aide rushing across the track with a fire extinguisher, to help another car in trouble. The extinguisher hit Tom Pryce straight in the helmet, killing him, as his car continued aimlessly, eventually hitting Depallier's Ligier, who was unhurt.
