Morris my friends first car - it was battleship grey - she called it "the beast" - I also remember driving it too, Sue!

When you had to get off the couch to turn it off! Retro TV.

This looks very similar to the TV we had in the when I was small boy, as we lived in the country, only two TV stations to choose from & was a b/w TV, how things have changed.

ah, the smell of the freshly printed worksheet! Take one, smell the rest and pass them back!

mimeograph machine This was how the teacher made copies. In school, everyone called it the ditto machine. If the paper was still a bit wet when you got it, the ink would rub off on your fingers. I can still smell the ink :)

Cap gun, roll caps. My brother and I had cap guns and little cowboy and cowgirl outfits including the hat and boots. Thought we were rough and tough and had a grand time shooting at all those bad guys while hiding behind the bushes and trees. Too bad kids can't play that way today and have as much fun as I did.

Cap gun, roll caps ~ not only did we use them in the toy cap guns but we would take a hard surface like a rock or sidewalk and then hit each cap with a rock to make them pop and smoke. I remember the smell!
