Bizcotela Vestida - Pati Jinich
Here’s my favorite cookie of ALL time. I call it bizcotela vestida. Came back home and tried my hand at it per her instructions, covered it in sugar crystals and sandwiched Cajeta between two. It is truly truly spectacular!!
