Easy enough for kids to make.   -rolled oats -raw organic honey -fresh pressed honey roasted peanut butter  -chia seeds -chocolate   Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Roll into balls and let cool in freezer for 10 minutes.  Melt chocolate and drizzle over protein balls. Enjoy!

Caprese Pita Bread Pizzas -Pita Bread -Tomatoes sliced thin -Fresh Mozzarella  -Pesto -Mayonnaise or Veganaise which is what I used -Balsamic Vinaigrette or balsamic glaze -Fresh Spinach Preheat oven to 400•F  Sprinkle cookie sheet with olive oil. Place pita bread on cookie sheet. Apply thin layer of mayonnaise and pesto. Top with fresh spinach, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and balsamic.  Cook for 8-10 minutes or until edges of pita start to become golden brown. Enjoy!  Remember always but…
