1 cup of frozen berries 3 cups cold water 1 ½ cup boiling water 3 TBS gelatin 2 TBS THM sweet blend or 1/4 homemade sweet blend In a blender, blend strawberries with 2 cups of cold water In boiling water, dissolve gelatin and sweet blend… add it to your blended strawberries and rest of your water… Pour into an 8x8 pan. Strawberry Freezer Jam - it's SUGAR FREE, THM:FP, low carb, low fat, and friendly to most allergies!

Strawberry gummies, by Charlene Wiebe, from fb.   S, E or FP and eat them all, if you want : ).  2/3 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup tea (I used wild raspberry hibiscus with a splash of lemon juice), 5tbsp gelatin, sweetener to taste. You may need to add some stevia (and a bit of salt to counter the stevia) to achieve desired sweetness. Blend everything well. Bring to boil. Pour into molds and refrigerate till set, about 30 minutes.

Homemade Lemon or Lime Gelatin ~ Homemade “Jello”: 3 Tbsps gelatin, granulated packets) cup healthiest sweetener 12 scoops stevia extract* 1 cups boiling water 3 cups cold water (divided) 1 cup lemon or lime juice teaspoon grated rind

Recipe from THM Nuke Queen Awesome Bread with a few tweaks. I added 1 T cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon Apple pie spice 1/2 cup gentle sweet, 2 doonks Stevia. Tsp Caramel extract, tsp vanilla. Cut back water to 5 Tablespoons. That's it!
