Less words, more action.God, I need to remember this in talk a lot about getting into shape but I'm lousy at putting into action.

Exactly!  I love the run because I'm not "working out" to just look good. I run because it makes me feel good inside and out. Because it proves I'm capable of so much more.

10 mile run; The more I run the more I love my body. Not because it's perfect, far from it, but because with every mile it is proving to me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible.

I wish this weren't true, but it is. Also, the first mile is the hardest, whether you are running one mile, three miles, or 26.2 miles (or 50 miles, so I've been told). Once you're on your way, it gets easier.

'The hardest step for a runner, is the first one out of the front door' . This was totally me this morning.

Workout Clothes You'll Freak Over

I do this all the time. Once I have my workout clothes on it just seems stupid to take them off before they're sweaty. It's a mind game. :) I always feel so guilty if I'm in workout clothes but don't exercise!
