Steam aubergine- cut the aubergine into same side with the skin,steam them.around 8 min.^^2 )make the sause: garlic 5g , ginger 5g ,red chilli (any if u like ,i add one without the seed) alll smashed and minced them ,put in the hot pan with 2 tsp oil ,then add light soy sauce 30ml .pour on top of the cooked aubergine. can add some coriander on top
