cup spinach 1 banana cup frozen blueberries (you could even do a berry mix if you want!) cup frozen peaches 1 tbsp flax seed 1 tsp acai powder (optional) to 1 cup plain kefir (Greek yogurt is a great substitute)
Favorite quick smoothie 1 cp baby spinach 1 cp frozen blueberries 1 Tb of coconut oil 1/4 of an avacado 1/8 t of cayenne pepper Coconut water added until it mixes in the blender to your desired consistency. Once I added about 1/4 cup of canned coconut milk when I ran out of coconut water and that was super delicious too!
