quinoa pancakes..just what I was looking for

& happy Friday :) Boy, am I excited to share this recipe with you! My tummy is so so happy at the moment, digesting the delicious and highly-nutritious breakfast I just fed it.

South west quinoa in crock pot.  So easy, healthy, and tasty.  Just put all ingredients in crock pot for 6 hrs.

Crispy Quinoa Bake - I use all organic and I substitute veggie stock for the chicken stock and Almond pepper jack for the cheese and vegan it becomes. Enjoy it's delish!
