Naugles was founded by former Del Taco partner Dick Naugle.  The first Naugles restaurant was located at the southwest corner  of Fourteenth St. and Brockton Ave. in Riverside, California (now a Del Taco).  Dick's motto was  "Prepare food fresh. Serve customer fast. Keep place clean!"

Founded in 1970 Naugles was a popular fast-food chain until it merged with Del Taco. But pop-up Naugles dining events and interest in old recipes could signal a potential comeback.

Naugles....Great macho combo burritos, Del Taco bought and ruined them.

This place had the best breakfast burritos ever! Then unfortunately, Del Taco took over, the end.
