Apple Pie Pancakes, add lots of cinnamon to the basic pancake recipe in our book Top the cooked pancakes with even more cinnamon, Greek yogurt and a swirl of maple syrup. Chop up of an apple and made a scrupmtious, chunky apple sauce.
1/2 c whey protein powder , 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 Tbsp heavy cream, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp water, 1/4 cup Truvia, Coconut Oil 1. Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg & wet ingredients, add to dry ingredients. 2. Fill a pan,with about 1½ in of oil, heat to 350. Fry batter like pancake. 3.Cool on a cake rack sitting in a sheet pan. 4. Sprinkle sweetener and cinnamon mixture over both sides of the doughnuts. Makes 2 funnel cakes, 6 net carbs each.
THM (E) Pumpkin Spice Pancakes - double all the recipe ingredients in the THM pancakes (pg except for the cottage cheese. Add 1 C of pumpkin purée 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 doonks of THM Stevia 1 scoop THM Pristine Protein Powder
