Breakfast today was one egg scrambled in coconut oil, a slice of natural apple smoked turkey, diced watermelon and half of an organic string cheese. Breakfast this morning was an egg scrambled in coconut oil, a few Belgian Boys mini pancakes, frozen berry blend, and some quartered grapes. She ate all of her egg, nibbled at her pancakes but ultimately decided she wasn't a fan, and ate her grapes.
