Sesame Steet First Birthday - I did this cake for my nephews first birthday. The cake is done in buttercream with fondant accents. All the characters and street sign were cut out of fondant. I made a smash cake of Elmo's face to match. I was inspired for this cake by one I recently saw on here by kawaiicakecook.

For the characters I made little templates from photos online, cut out the shapes in beige fondant, then just freehand painted the characters. Only Snoopy and his house are 3d. The house is a RKT. I use black airbrush coloring and a tiny (1/18) paintbrush to paint on all the black details. "
