Jonathan Tropper's This Is Where I Leave You (if you want to laugh and smile but clutch your chest and cry in the corner at the same time)

Unwind. This book will blow your mind!

Unwind: In a future world where those between the ages of thirteen and eighteen can have their lives "unwound" and their body parts harvested for use by others, three teens go to extreme lengths to uphold their beliefs--and, perhaps, save their own lives.

Great read

Dallas, Three shots ring out. President John F. Kennedy is dead. Life can turn on a dime—or stumble into the extraordinary, as it does for Jake Epping, a high school English teacher in a Maine town.

5 Stars. Futuristic Adventure. Book 3 of the "Hunger Games" trilogy. Surprising twists, and Katniss choses between Gale & Peeta. I loved the series to the end. Won't voice opinions for a while. Don't want to ruin what happens for others.

Mockingjay, by Suzanne Collins. The third and final book of the Hunger Games series. I liked books 1 and 2 much better, but Mockingjay tied things up nicely.

Nicholas Sparks is one of my guilty pleasures. His stories may be completely unrealistic, but it's fun to dream!

A Walk to Remember - Nicholas Sparks. My favorite Nicholas Sparks book! (Not the movie though). I enjoyed it well enough, but definitely did not do the book justice.

Not really into zombie books, but Carrie Ryan changed my mind with her series (this is the first).

Orphaned Mary seeks knowledge of life, love, and especially what lies beyond her walled village and the surrounding forest, where dwell the Unconsecrated, aggressive flesh-eating people who were once dead.

Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher - When high school student Clay Jenkins receives a box in the mail containing thirteen cassette tapes recorded by his classmate Hannah, who committed suicide, he spends a bewildering and heartbreaking night crisscrossing their town, listening to Hannah's voice recounting the events leading up to her death.

Clay Jensen returns home from school to find a mysterious box with his name on it lying on his porch. Inside he discovers thirteen cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker, his classmate and crush who committed suicide two weeks earlier.
